Landstruct has a long history of building council projects, including play spaces, reserves, and urban public spaces. We have solid working relationships with Landscape Architects and project managers in this area of expertise, giving us the ability to create purposeful and unique public spaces that cater to the needs of residents living in the local area.
We have had a long ongoing relationship with Melbourne City and have successfully completed many projects including the upgrade of the Yarra BBQs and various playgrounds around the city. With the construction of various playgrounds and park reserves in multiple different styles, we understand the type of landscaping and features that are required in order to create a functional play space that fits seamlessly into the surrounding environment.

In 2007, Landstruct was presented with the AILA Victoria President’s Award for Playground Design, awarded for the construction of Heatherton Play Space.
